Week 2 of the 2014 hill intervals. This is the second of the aerobic intervals sets and the last of the low aerobic work. This session is focused on technique, base aerobic fitness and strength endurance.
The session is designed for all speeds and abilities, as long as you are running/jogging on at least 1 - 2 other occasions per week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
We currently meet at the corner of Goldstone Crescent and Woodland Drive - the Northern tip of Hove Park. We leave promptly at 7:30pm - don't be late!
