Week 3 of the 2014 hill intervals.
This week we get funky with the start of our "Cruise" Intervals. Intermediate/Advanced runners will be working their Muscular Endurance with sustained sub-threshold uphill intervals - that's 80% - 87% MaxHR. Should be fun for all, particularly as it's being led by Coach Matt tonight - someone different to shout at you!
The session is designed for all speeds and abilities, as long as you are running/jogging on at least 1 - 2 other occasions per week for a minimum of 20 minutes. Novice and slower runners will be continuing their aerobic/technique development on the hills under the guidance of Coach Sam.
We currently meet at the corner of Goldstone Crescent and Woodland Drive - the Northern tip of Hove Park. We leave promptly at 7:30pm - don't be late!
