The set tonight will be coached by Coach Matt and Coach Graeme. The focus is on the catch and aerobic swimming. As well as front crawl we will also be doing some backstroke and breaststroke.
Please bring Pull buoys!
The drills will be Doggy Paddle, Sculling and 6-1-6 (more about rotation than catch!).
