The Tuesday run returns!
After the Christmas lay-off it's time to get back in the saddle (or running shoes if you prefer). As we develop through our base period in early 2014 we will be developing the pace from purely aerobic through to sub-threshold "cruise" intervals to build your strength endurance and lactate tolerance. However, on week 1 we will be dusting ourselves down, remembering form and keeping it simple.
This session is designed for all speeds and abilities, as long as you are running/jogging on at least 1 - 2 other occasions per week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
We currently meet at the corner of Goldstone Crescent and Woodland Drive - the Northern tip of Hove Park. We leave promptly at 7:30pm - don't be late!
