Week 7 of the 2014 hill intervals.
Continuing our progressive "Cruise" Intervals, working up to threshold on longer hill reps (anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes).
The session is designed for all speeds and abilities, as long as you are running/jogging on at least 1 - 2 other occasions per week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
We're back this week to meeting at the corner of Goldstone Crescent and Woodland Drive - the Northern tip of Hove Park. We leave promptly at 7:30pm - don't be late!
