This 60min session will be coached my Coach Matt.
Beginners and experienced cyclists are very welcome.
The set will cover;
- Warm up
- One leg drills
- A team catch up game
- Escalating intervals
- Cool down
Helmets are compulsory and bikes must be in good working order - either TT or Road bike.
The second part of the session (at 9am) is the excellent - and free - 5k parkrun - a perfect opportunity to prepare for races by 'running off the bike'.
Your bike and kit will be watched over by Coach Matt or another club member whilst you run. Please don't forget to bring some hydration, a small energy bar, your running shoes and your parkrun barcode as well as clothes specific to the weather.
