The set tonight will be coached by Coach Matt and Coach Graeme. The focus is on the catch and aerobic swimming with some kicking work. You'll be glad to know that it's mainly al front crawl tonight too.
Please bring some water, a pull buoy and fins if you have them. There is a £5 charge for this session unless you have paid for a block in advance - see Swim Fees for more details.
The drills will be Doggy Paddle, Sculling and kicking.

- Doggy Paddle - note rotation and pulling back to belly button level
- Sculling - note the way that when he drops his wrists, he goes backwards! Also note the twisting of the hand to pull inwards and outwards
The session is held at Brighton College Swimming Pool. Enter via the main gate off Eastern Road and ask the porters for directions to the pool. Bike parking is available down the steps next to the pool. Please do not park your bike on the steps or against the emergency exits.
