Long run

One hour and a bit of long slow(-ish) distance running. We will complete between six and nine miles at various paces (groups going from eight minutes per mile to ten minutes per mile). This is a great way to improve or maintain aerobic fitness and running strength. 

Meet at the North entrance to Withdean Stadium car park, BN1 5JD at 07:50 for a prompt 8am start.
