Yoda says - come running with us!
Meet us at the Peace Statue on Hove Lawns, 7:20pm for a 7:30pm start. Interval running will build your strength, develop your threshold and generally make you run faster. These qualities are considered advantageous to anyone racing a Triathlon. Can you afford not to be there?!
Tonight the session will be coached by Mike Porteous and Paul McCarthy and is week 3 of 4 in our current run development block, which means that we are extending the interval length just a little more from last week.
Our session will involve a gentle warm up, some drills to improve your efficiency, some dynamic stretching and then a set of "quality" intervals of five minutes each. You will work hard, but importantly you will work at your pace. No-one gets left behind, no-one is left out. All speeds & abilities are catered for and warmly welcomed!
Please note that whilst this session is for absolutely everyone, you should be running another 1 - 2 times per week minimum outside this session and the majority of that time should be easy - at less than 75% of your max Heartrate.
