Meet us at the Peace Statue on Hove Lawns, 7:20pm for a 7:30pm start. Interval running will build your strength, develop your threshold and generally make you run faster. These qualities are considered advantageous to anyone racing a Triathlon. Can you afford not to be there?!
A typical session will involve a gentle warm up, some drills to improve your efficiency, some dynamic stretching and then a set of "quality" intervals raining from a couple of minutes each up to (perhaps) 10 minutes, depending on where we are in our cycle. You will work hard, but importantly you will work at your pace. No-one gets left behind, no-one is left out. All speeds & abilities are catered for and warmly welcomed!
