OnTrack, a series of 8 structured and coached track sessions, getting you ready for your best season.
Led by Brighton Tri Club’s run coaches Ian and Sally, this 8-week course will introduce you to running on the track, build up your running confidence and technique, all levels are welcome and catered for whether your an old-hand at the track or newbies.
When: Wednesday, April 4th- May 23rd 8pm-9pm
Where: Withdean Track (the sessions will run concurrently with our standard track sessions)
Cost: £20 for all eight sessions (a bargain £2.50 per session!).
