Brighton Tri Club is a vibrant 'Star Mark' accredited triathlon club, based in Brighton & Hove (adults) and in Ringmer (juniors), East Sussex, and catering for adults and children (aged 8yrs to 13yrs) of all abilities and levels of experience in the sport.  It is also the Triathlon England South East region 'Club of the Year 2014'.

The club currently has c.120 adult members and c.30 junior members.  We have found that over 50% of the adults joining our club were complete novices in the sport at the point of joining.

Our aim is to provide a fun, friendly, inspirational and supportive environment in which to learn and develop skills and fitness for triathlon, through regular structured training and quality coaching with like-minded people.  Go to Join us to find out more, check out our Training page for the latest session info and our Sussex Tristars website to find out more about the junior section; or simply email us if you have any questions. You are always welcome to try us before you join.

We pride ourselves in being an inclusive and welcoming club supporting many people through their first triathlon alongside our experienced athletes, a number of whom represent Great Britain in international age group races.  As such the club is open to any adults (or children aged 8yrs to 13yrs) regardless of experience.  If you want to be involved with triathlon, we'd love to train with you!

Our longer-term goals include the development of a teenage section (14yrs to 17yrs), providing opportunities for the whole family to get involved.

Club News

With just as much drama as the final of Strictly Come Dancing - and at least as much lycra - the Brighton Tri Club championship results have finally been announced. The overall winners are Mik Onions and Leanne Garner, with a host of other super-stars recognised for their performances across the season.

Well done all of you!

The Brighton Tri Club committee is very pleased to announce the combining of the Sussex Tristars kids triathlon club with Brighton Tri Club with effect from the 1st October 2014.  This is a big step forward for the club and achieves another of the objectives that were set out when the club was first formed in 2013.

Brighton Tri Club are delighted to announce an agreement with the Tri Store in Eastbourne, the South Coast's premier store for all things triathlon. All members of Brighton Tri Club are now eligible for in-store discounts - above and beyond the expert and friendly service given by the Tri Store team.

The fourth round of the Go Tri Pells Pool Aquathlon series was held on Wednesday 6th August with some fast, fun racing in the evening sunshine. Take a look at the results and race report for details!
