TRAINING CALENDAR

We are currently running coached swim, coached run, uncoached trail runs, coached velodrome bike training, coached indoor cycling and uncoached group bike rides. For some sessions, we will be providing members with the training sets that can be completed on your own, anytime throughout the week, these will be in the weekly training email, and on the BTC WhatsApp groups.

TRAINING RULES

  • You must book online in order to attend. Anyone not registered in advance will not be able to join the coached session.

  • The number of attendees at coached sessions is limited.

  • Don’t be late. If you aren't present for the briefing at the beginning of the session, you may not be able to join in.

  • Don't attend if you or someone in your bubble has COVID symptoms, please follow the current government guidelines. https://brightontri.org/covid19-statement

  • If you're registered but can no longer attend, please let us know via the BTC Cancellations WhatsApp group ASAP, so we can let someone else register for the spot.

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days after attending a session, you must complete this form to let us know: https://brightontri.org/covid
