A technically-focused session for swimmers looking to progress their front crawl. Video analysis will give you a clear understanding of improving your swimming and moving through the water more efficiently, giving you the tools and knowledge to address the flaws in your stroke.

TRAINING RULES

• You must book below to attend. Anyone not registered in advance will not be able to join the coached session.

• The number of attendees at coached sessions is limited.

• Don’t be late. If you aren't present for the warmup at the beginning of the session, you may not be able to join in.

• If you're registered but can no longer attend, please let us know via the BTC Technical Swim WhatsApp groups ASAP, so we can let someone else register for the spot. Refunds are only available if we have time and can find a substitute.
