Brighton Tri Club - Seminar

On Monday, 5th December 7:15-8:45pm Brighton Tri Club is hosting a talk on “Planning and Executing your Triathlon Season” by Kerry McKawley at Platf9rm in Brighton. Kerry will share her knowledge and ideas about preparing to perform, developed over 20+ years working as a sports scientist, researcher and educator.

The focus will be on goal setting, seasonal planning, training principles, program design, executing sessions and managing expectations. It will be informal, relaxed and interactive, so your thoughts and experiences will be welcome. Bring a pen and paper or tablet for making notes if you want to get a head start on your planning for 2023. The session will be relevant and hopefully interesting(!) for anyone competing (or just participating) in triathlons and/or other endurance events. So whether you’re a seasoned athlete with a full-to-bursting trophy cabinet, or a relative newcomer looking to learn more about preparing for events, this session should have plenty for you.

Location - Platf9rm, Tower Point, 44 North Road, BN1 1YR.
Easily accessible by public transport, and the North Road Car Park is at the same address but walking or cycling works too.
