Sprint: 6km run, 20km cycle, 4km run

Super Sprint: 4km run, 10km cycle, 2km run

Short and Sweet: 2km run, 5km cycle, 1km run

Race Start Times:

Sprint: starts 6:00pm sharp; arrive by 5:30pm

Super Sprint: starts 6:15pm sharp; arrive by 5:45pm

Short and Sweet: starts 6:30pm sharp; arrive by 6:00pm
