Sprint: 4.5km run, 20km cycle, 1.5km run

Super Sprint: 4.5km run, 10km cycle, 1.5km run

Short and Sweet: 1.5km run, 5km cycle, 1.5km run

Race Start Times:

The events at 6:00pm sharp. Arrive by 5pm; registration opens at 5pm; race briefing at 5.45pm.

Registration will open at 5pm.

The race briefing will be at 5:45pm.

Racing starts at 6pm.

The cut-off time is 7:50pm.

Top tip: Get to the event early so you can park, register, and warm up.

Spectator area – please follow the requirements on signs, ground markings, race instructions, and our volunteers who are there to help everybody feel safe.
