What stroke techniques will be covered?

As a triathlon club, Brighton Tri Club's Introduction to Swim programme is designed to help participants improve their front crawl swimming. It focuses on confidence, proper hand entry, arm movement, breathing techniques, and efficiency.

Each session will break down the front crawl stroke into manageable components, allowing swimmers to focus on improving specific aspects of each stroke. The goal is to develop a smoother, more efficient swimming style that can enhance both speed and endurance in the water. ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Following the course, the aim is that participants feel confident to regularly join the clubโ€™s weekly swim sessions, Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays, from 23rd July.
