AGM & End Of Season Party 2024 - Attendee Registration and Voting

It's that time of year again, and if the Club Champs Awards and free Pizza aren't enough, we have a unique feature. Mark Roydon will give us an inspiring insight into his amazing adventures on the Silk Road. Join us for an evening of celebration, an inspiring Q&A with Mark, voting in the new committee and, of course, all the updates for the coming year.

Please sign up for the event and let us know if you want to enjoy Pizza. We've got a few dietary choices on offer, too. Remember, the event is free, and there is no need to get all fancy with your outfit—the dress code is casual, and guests are welcome.

Pro tip: aim to get there for 7pm. We've got a float behind the bar, and we'd hate for you to miss out on a drink!

Pizza delivery is set for 7:15-7:30pm, and the AGM kicks off at 7:45pm when we will update you and vote for the new committee. You have the option to vote now as part of the sign-up below. After that, we'll hand out the Club Championship awards, and then it's time to party for the end-of-season bash! Please let us know your pizza choice by midnight Tuesday 7th October,otherwise we can't guarantee you choice.
