As of next Tuesday (10th February) the evening Run Intervals Session is moving off the Seafront and onto some hill training!
This will mean a new meeting point, which will be the same as last year at the north east corner of Hove Park by the mini round-about, where Goldstone Crescent and Woodland Drive meet.
We have a fine choice of Hill's around this area and we will start to build the difficulty/intensity gradually over the coming weeks. Everyone is absolutely welcome and we will probably break up into groups of varying levels.
For those who have never done hill running before it is the best way to build up your running strength, so your body is ready when we move to the faster intervals in a couple of months.
